Key responsibilities:

* Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.
* Experience with IATF 16949 standards.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration abilities.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and auditing skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and recommendations clearly.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
* Experience with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
