GSL Education are hiring a passionate MFL Teacher to work with schools in Barnsley, supporting learners across the wider S70–S71 communities, and delivering engaging lessons that build language proficiency and student confidence. As a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, you will support pupils in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while fostering an appreciation for different languages and cultures. Core Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons across a variety of languages. Support pupils in developing their communication and comprehension skills. Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively. Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach confidently as an MFL Teacher. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
