Overview
Do you have experience working in home ownership, specifically leaseholds, service charges, Section 20 consultations and payment arrears?
Responsibilities
* Provide annual accounts to leaseholders, deal with leasehold enquiries and assist with the audit of service charge accounts in collaboration with the asset management team.
* Advise on Section 20 consultations, set service charge budgets for new builds, handle arrears and set up payment agreements.
Requirements
* Experience in home ownership, leaseholds, service charges, Section 20 consultations and payment arrears.
* Available for a 6 month fixed term contract role.
* Ability to work as part of a dedicated team in housing.
Details
Location: housing association in Chatham, Kent – easily commutable from Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Dartford, and parts of Essex such as Grays, Rainham, Dagenham, Upminster.
Salary: £39,437 per year.
