Job Opportunity: HR / Admin Officer
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized HR / Admin Officer to join our busy recruitment agency. This role combines human resources support with general administrative duties, ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced environment. As our HR/Admin Clerk, you'll support both our internal team and external recruitment operations, blending administrative excellence with HR support to help us grow while maintaining a people-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage HR documentation: contracts, onboarding packs, personnel files, leave records, etc.
2. Support recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews, updating ATS, candidate follow-ups.
3. Maintain office systems, supplier relationships, and daily admin tasks.
4. Assist in payroll preparation and HR compliance tracking.
5. Support leadership with reporting, calendar management, and event coordination.
6. Help shape internal culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
7. Assist Logistic, Warehouse, and Healthcare departments with ongoing tasks.
8. Contribute to internal projects.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* All training provided
* Flexible to work weekends, Bank Holidays, and various shifts (6am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)
