* Take ownership of the design and performance of our customer-facing websites.
* Lead the front-end and back-end redevelopment of multiple brand sites.
* Design with conversion in mind: your work should not only look great, but drive action.
* Collaborate with our marketing and operations team to align design and UX with business objectives.
* Monitor, maintain, and iterate on site performance, security, and SEO.
* Use AI tools to accelerate workflow and improve efficiency (yes, we want to hear about your stack).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* A strong eye for modern, user-focused design.
* Proven ability to translate brand identity into functional, engaging UI/UX.
* Backend capability with AJAX, MySQL, and PHP.
* Understanding of SEO best practices and how design impacts ranking and engagement.
NICE TO HAVES
* Experience with server management & deployment
* Familiarity with NGINX environments
* Working knowledge of Python
