We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a warm, nurturing 2-bed children’s residential home in South Yorkshire. This is an exciting chance to take ownership of a high-quality service and shape a supportive environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a committed care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred support.
* Ensure the home consistently meets – and exceeds – Ofsted and regulatory standards.
* Oversee daily operations including budgets, staffing, rotas, and audits.
* Build effective working relationships with local authorities, external partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Drive continuous improvement, safeguarding excellence, and positive outcomes for young people.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or actively working towards it).
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory frameworks.
* Emotionally resilient, organised, and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes.
* Full UK driving licence with access to transport.

* £50,000 base salary + performance-related bonuses
