Job Overview
We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Pharmacist on behalf of our client on Isle Of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused pharmacy team, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and supporting the health needs of the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense prescriptions accurately and in accordance with legal and professional standards
Provide expert advice on medicines, health conditions, and healthy living
Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and company SOPs
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including technicians and assistants
Manage stock levels, ordering, and safe storage of medicines
Provide NHS and private services where applicable (e.g. MURs, NMS, vaccinations)
Maintain clear and accurate patient records
Promote the pharmacy’s services within the local community
Requirements
MPharm degree or equivalent
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Previous experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Commitment to patient care and professional development
