Commercial Property Assistant Sheffiled/ Derby Hybrid We're looking for a Commercial Property Assistant to join a small, friendly and highly successful legal team that specialises in corporate acquisitions, commercial property and employment law. Our focus is simple: deliver exceptional client service so clients return again and again. And they do - consistently. That says everything about the team you'd be joining. Location- Hybrid 20 minutes outside Sheffield city centre 30 minutes from Derby city centre Ideally located for candidates across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and surrounding areas. What you'll be doing Supporting Consultant Solicitors on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and landlord & tenant matters. Typical daily responsibilities include: Client onboarding and compliance checks Conducting property searches and assisting with enquiries Preparing reports and providing client updates via email and telephone Preparing Land Registry and SDLT forms Keeping the case management system up to date Monitoring Land Registry applications and handling requisitions General administration to support excellent client service across the firm What we're looking for Minimum 12 months experience in commercial property (essential requirement) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong spelling, grammar and punctuation Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident liaising with clients by email and telephone Proactive, professional and able to work in a fast-moving environment A team player who cares about quality and client service Why this role could be your next move Small team where your work has real impact Hybrid working options for flexibility The opportunity to support experienced solicitors on varied transactions A role that offers progression, involvement and ownership A positive environment built on strong client relationships and repeat business Ready for a change?
