We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. This will be working on our new highways project, and flexibility is expected in locations around the South / East of the country.
What you’ll do:
* Manage Subcontractors dealing with certification of payment and change
* Manage allocated control accounts with site team including value draw and out-turn forecast / spend profiling
* Keep cost records and agreement of costs with National Highway Site Representatives
* Utilise site commercial and document Systems (Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, Forecasting Tool)
* Procure packages as the work proceeds
* Provide and present contract, cost and forecasting data to the site team
What you’ll bring to the role:
* NEC Contract Knowledge
* Experience working within Infrastructure / Civils
* Previous experience of managing subcontractors and preliminaries
* Knowledge of commercial digital systems
* Good Communication Skills
