What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop, grow and nurture lasting partnerships with a diverse range of clients – from multinational firms to agile SMEs.
* Lead on both new business development and ongoing account management, offering consultative recruitment solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
* Deliver a full 360 recruitment cycle, supported by our in-house sourcing experts.
* Match talented professionals with exciting career opportunities in administration, finance, and wider commercial roles across the facilities and engineering sectors.
* Leverage leading recruitment tech, tools, and CRM systems to streamline your work and stay ahead of the market.
* Represent the PRS brand with energy, professionalism, and genuine industry insight.
What You Bring to the Role
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the business support, admin, finance, commercial, facilities management or related sectors.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for connecting people with opportunity.
* Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* A natural team player with leadership potential, ambition, and a desire to grow.
* Resilience and adaptability – you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
* Commercially minded with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
