As a Contract Administrator with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do. What you'll do: Provide efficient administrative support across finance, HR, payroll, and helpdesk functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Process and maintain accurate payroll, invoice, and financial records, including purchase orders, overtime, and labour data. Manage and update compliance documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. Maintain daily activity trackers, action logs, and reporting systems to support operational performance and compliance. Coordinate contractor activities, including booking site access, tracking work progress, and maintaining records of completed and remedial work. Support supplier management by maintaining compliance documentation and administering PO renewals. Liaise with helpdesk teams to manage work orders, documentation, and service requests efficiently. Attend and contribute to meetings, supporting effective planning and allocation of work. Maintain document control systems, including archiving and retrieval of records. Ensure all tasks are delivered in line with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Provide professional communication when handling calls, emails, and stakeholder interactions. What you'll bring: Proven administrative experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and financial data. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good understanding of financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payroll support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships. A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach to all tasks. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity. (If applicable) Experience within a technical, engineering, or facilities environment.
