We are supporting a highly regarded private equity firm in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Investor Relations team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract.
This is a high‑profile, technically involved role supporting the Head of Investor Relations, alongside an MD and an Associate, at a particularly exciting stage in the firm's fundraising cycle.

You will sit at the centre of investor activity, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a genuinely hands‑on role within a top‑tier IR function.
The Role:
This is a busy, IR‑heavy EA and coordination role, suited to someone who enjoys operating at pace and taking ownership within a complex, senior-facing environment.

* Contract: 18-month (maternity cover)

* Core Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility required 5 days in the London office

* Flexibility: 1 day WFH when the Partner is travelling

About You:

* This role will suit an EA who enjoys sitting close to the detail and being actively involved in investor‑facing activity.

* Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in fast‑paced environments
\t
* Prior experience within private equity, ideally within IR or deal team backgrounds
\t
* Highly organised, with a strong project management mindset
\t
* Confident juggling multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
\t
* High attention to detail, strong communication skills and sound judgment Comfortable with investor exposure and senior-level interaction
