Complex & Facility Cleaning
Clean and maintain all public and communal areas including reception, leisure facilities, toilets, changing rooms, and corridors
Ensure floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as required
Clean and sanitise high-touch areas such as door handles, handrails, and surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of gym, poolside, or spa areas (where applicable)
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with park procedures
Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels

Outdoor & Park Areas
Maintain cleanliness of external communal areas including pathways, entrances, and bin areas
Litter pick and ensure grounds around facilities are tidy and presentable
Assist with seasonal cleaning tasks as required

Guest Experience
Ensure all public-facing areas are clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times
Respond politely and professionally to guest queries when approached
Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damages promptly

Team Support
Work collaboratively with the facilities and housekeeping teams
Support other departments where required during busy periods
Follow company cleaning schedules and checklists

Health & Safety
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in line with COSHH regulations
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
Ensure wet floor signs and safety measures are used when required
Maintain safe storage of cleaning materials and equipment
