An exciting job role has recently become available at Sheffield City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Generic Adult's Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Qualified Social Worker in the Generic Adults Team at Sheffield City Council, your main responsibilities will include assessing and supporting adults with diverse needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will also be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable adults, advocating for their rights, and promoting their well-being and independence. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to improving the lives of adults in the community.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
