Job Purpose: To Co-Ordinate domestic and care staff administration processes, ensure the accuracy of costed support plans, and undertake quality monitoring activities. The role supports safe, effective, and person-centred service delivery through auditing documentation, reviewing time spent in service users homes, and ensuring accuracy of recorded visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage rotas for care workers
* Manage the scheduling of rotas
* Manage care workers holidays and sickness
* Carry out back to work interviews for care workers
* Sourcing work
* Costed support plans
* Conduct 3 monthly probations in a timely manner
* Reporting to social work
* Complete service user guides
* Manage increases/decreases
* Assist with phones and dashboard when required
* Liaise with Manager
* Care when required
