What You’ll Do
* Process sales orders, send acknowledgements, manage stock bookings
* Deliver brilliant customer service & build strong relationships
* Log and close customer complaints/non‑conformances
* Support field sales with CRM admin, meeting prep & follow‑up
* Provide admin support across HR, IT coordination & finance tasks
Key Skills
* Confident on the phone and great with customers
* Highly organised, positive, and solutions‑focused
* Strong with Word, Excel, Outlook
* Works closely with the sales team to remove friction and boost productivity
Must‑Haves
* 2+ years customer service experience
* B2B experience
* A‑Level calibre (or equivalent)
Nice‑to‑Haves
* Sales support experience
* Logistics/despatch knowledge
* ERP sales order processing experience
* £30,000 - £33,000 Basic
* KPI Related bonus with a realistic OTE of £36,000
* 40 hour working week 8am - 4:30pm
