Role: KS1/KS2 Teacher Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Salary: £32,916 - £45,351 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications) About the role Heart of Supply are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Grantham and the surrounding areas, seeking enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 and KS2 Teachers to join them on a supply basis. This role is ideal for teachers who love the variety that comes with supply teaching, no two days are the same, and every classroom offers a new opportunity to inspire and engage children. You might find yourself supporting early literacy in Year 1 one day, and leading creative writing in Year 5 the next. As a KS1/KS2 Supply Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of each class, maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring continuity for pupils in the absence of their class teacher. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your working days while still being part of a supportive network of local schools.
