Responsibilities
You will be a solution sales leader within our enterprise sales organization, working with our most important customers. Your role involves collaborating with a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve or exceed solution sales and consumption targets for related workloads in your assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Sales Execution: Collaborate with team members to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close opportunities.
2. Business Value Selling: Expand Microsoft’s relationships with Business Decision Makers by engaging key contacts, understanding their priorities, and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
3. Scaling and Collaboration: Work with internal partners to plan and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
4. Technical Expertise: Initiate conversations with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers, share best practices, and act as a subject matter expert.
5. Sales Excellence: Collaborate with partners to plan account strategies, analyze business potential, and manage solutions across territories.
Qualifications
Required:
o Proven experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
o Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 & Copilot.
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
o Experience with AI adoption, change management, or workforce transformation.
o Familiarity with Microsoft’s sales methodologies and Solution Play frameworks.
o Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
