Salary: £40,000 - 46,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Experience with the out of the box capabilities and limitations of Dynamics 365. Direct Debit experience. Demonstrated experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance modules, with a willingness to explore other modules. Full implementation lifecycle experience of ERP based programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of supporting business processes. Experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and product backlogs. A passion for delivering according to agile methodology, planning projects and releases in sprints, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories. Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365). Relevant functional experience of approximately 5-6 years. Overall experience of around 12 years. Experience working as an individual contributor. Familiarity with Agile processes, with energy industry exposure being advantageous. Oversee the implementation of the F&O project. Design, manage, and implement multiple functional aspects of the solution. Work with the technical team to convert business requirements into working, customer-focused solutions. Conduct functional testing and end-to-end process testing, including integration testing using Postman.
