About us
After a successful first 3.5 years, the F45 Finsbury Park studio is looking to appoint a new Assistant Studio Manager with a Sales focus.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the high-performing owner, taking pride and enjoyment in seeing the studio through its expansion.
She is looking to add to a strong team, passionate about delivering a high quality service for the local community in Finsbury Park and surrounding areas.
Prior F45 experience is not required, however a fitness certification is required as the expectation is that the candidate will also coach 5-10h pw.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales:
* Contact new enquiries and schedule them for a trial (with potential growth commission pay)
* Follow up with trial participants to encourage membership conversion
* Reduce membership turnover by re-engaging low-attendance members
CRM Management:
* Efficiently manage email, text, and other communication channels
* Run promotions and special offers via email and text
Social Media:
* Strategically plan and execute a social media content calendar
* Create concise social media posts, reels, and stories using current trends
* Develop engaging content, including reels showcasing studio highlights, member achievements, and activities
Outreach and Marketing:
* Implement outreach activities such as flyering, pop-ups, and local business partnerships
* Collaborate with local businesses to increase studio visibility and attract new members
Retention:
* Warmly welcome new and existing members, fostering strong relationships
* Participate in social events and assist in organizing in-studio challenges
* Support management in various member retention initiatives
* Produce monthly newsletters to captivate and inform new and existing members
ARE YOU/DO YOU HAVE:
* Sales/customer service role/client-facing administrative experience
* Reformer qualification and coaching experience (or close to being ready to)
* Passionate about helping others with their health/wellbeing through fitness
* Able to deliver high-level customer service every single day
* Experience making static and moving content on social media
* Experience using Canva or similar content creation software
* Willing to work flexible hours
* Eager to be actively involved in growing the business
* Self-motivated, driven and willing to learn and work as part of our team
