Job Description
1. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies
2. Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits
3. Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
4. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
5. Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to employees
6. Monitor and report EHS metrics and compliance status to management
7. Coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits
8. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the facility
9. Maintain accurate EHS documentation and records
10. Support emergency preparedness and response planning

The Successful Applicant
11. Experience developing and managing workplace health, safety, and environmental programs
12. Skilled in conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, and incident investigations
13. Ability to deliver effective safety training and promote a strong safety culture
14. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) and maintaining accurate EHS records
15. Strong communication and coordination skills for working with teams and regulators
16. Experience working in industrial manufacturing, specifically with metals is highly desirable
