About the Job
RubberBandGames is looking for an experienced and passionate Mid-Level/Senior Programmer to work with the team on Wobbly Life. (Remotely)
As a Mid-Level/Senior Programmer, you will primarily be working on the gameplay systems and helping design and implement new features for our existing / future IP. Collaboration with the environment art, character art, UI art and audio teams will be key.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test and implement game code using your C#/Unity experience
* Working closely with the lead programmer
* Collaborating with the art and sound team members
* Working with a Quality Assurance team to resolve bugs in the game whilst using JIRA.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience of C# and Unity game development
* A good understanding of game technology and development within the Unity Engine
* Ability to write gameplay functionality
* Proficiency and understanding in game architecture and programming practices
* Expertise in C#
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well independently
* Experience working with a small team
* Worked on at least 1 PC/console title throughout the development lifecycle.
Pluses:
* Experience developing online multiplayer games
* Knowledge of C++ and other languages
* Experience in developing for console
* Experience in using JIRA
