Tax Manager responsibilities: As a Tax Manager, you'll be a key member of the Advisory team - supporting business owners and high-growth clients on a wide range of tax planning and structuring matters. Your role will involve: Partnering with Tax Directors and Senior Managers on complex advisory and compliance projects Delivering high-quality advice on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, EOTs, share schemes, incorporations and remuneration planning Leading HMRC enquiry responses and reviewing junior team work Acting as a trusted technical resource for smaller firms and internal teams Coaching, developing and inspiring junior members of the tax team As a Tax Manager you will: You'll be a people-driven professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, modern environment.
