As Brand Manager for Advanced Wound Care (AWC), you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of brand strategies across a defined portfolio of products. Your work will directly contribute to driving Convatec’s growth and profitability. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to ensure impactful brand performance and positioning. Your Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of effective marketing plan for assigned product responsibilities to achieve sales, EBITDA and growing market share • Providing information and insight on UK and Ireland Wound business and market to UKI, Regional and Global management • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market conditions, including customer needs and competitors, and implementation of marketing plan/alterations as needed • Identification of new market opportunities • Delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and communication of key messages • Managing promotional expenditure for assigned products and ensure promotional program is delivered within agreed budgetary limits • Providing product training and support for members of the sales team, distributors and other relevant internal parties Skills & Experience: • Successful experience of product/service marketing strategies development and implementation of marketing plans/campaigns • Proven experience of projects delivery, in the medical devices industry • Mastery of core marketing principles and practices including brand development and positioning, integration of messages with clinical data • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision making as well as goal oriented approach • Graduate calibre, relevant degree preferably in science, business or marketing • Ability to communicate effectively and give presentations to Key Stakeholders • Knowledge of medical device (ideally medical consumables) and legal/regulatory requirements • Excellent numerical, analytical skills, IT and proficiency • Experience of working with a wide range of specialist and culturally diverse people, influencing them to get things done. • Delivery of value-added business results even within tight deadlines. Travel Requirements In office/field/events is required ~20% customer facing. Travel requirements once a quarter for regional meetings. Languages English: Speaking, Writing & Reading
