The successful candidate will be supporting all aspects of a busy Parts Department including:
* Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
* Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are stored accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
* Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
* Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
* Supporting our Technicians.
* Maintaining the department's cleanliness and housekeeping.
* Assisting in stock checks and preparing deliveries.
* Packing and loading Parts correctly.
