Full Time Waking Night Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.50 days per hour (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: Full Time hours on waking night shifts - 20:00pm - 8:00am.
We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Fowey.This person has Autism and Paranoid Schizophrenia. There is a history of challenges and risks associated with these conditions, but this does not define them. More interestingly they have a wide range of hobbies/Interests such as Motorbikes, Engineering, anything outdoors like Mountain biking & Surfing so having similar interests would be a bonus and be willing to get involved. To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to Fowey and know the area.
Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this persons life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:
* Autism
* Paranoid Schizophrenia
* Behaviours that can be perceived as challenging
