Hiring - Paralegal Position with experience in Personal Injury Sector
We are seeking Pre-Litigator (Fee Earner) with experience in personal injury sector. Experience can be from either Defendant or Claimant work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of RTA personal injury claims, with a strong focus on litigated cases.
* Handle Hire, Storage, and Recovery matters.
* Work with claims governed by the following protocols
* Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents (RTA Small Claims Protocol).
* Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents.
* Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims.
* Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
* Consistently hit monetary targets.
* Collaborate effectively within a team.
Requirements
* LLB with a minimum 2:1 honour degree.
* Proven track record of independently managing a substantial caseload.
* Proficient in IT with experience using case management systems.
* Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
