You must have previous experience of working in a high level establishment, along with relevant food hygiene certifications. Although this may be your first step in to the top role, you will be responsible for the menu development and team training. Youll need to want to find and work with local, sustainable suppliers and enjoy preparing a rolling seasonal menu and be happy working with our team of juniors to help train and develop them as well.
