Following an internal promotion, they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Team in expanding the customer base and growing ARR.

Role: Sales Manager to lead the Sales Team in expanding the customer base and growing ARR.
What you’ll be doing
This is a player/manager role. You’ll split your time between mentoring a small, established sales team and directly managing key accounts, working closely with the Sales Director to drive campaigns, growth plans and key deals across the business.
About you
You’ll probably already know the difference between Yealink and 3CX, have a track record of sales delivery ideally in technology, distribution or telecoms, probably from another distributor, managed service provider, or through working with the wider IT channel. You’ll be someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring and leading but you’ll also want to stay close to the action, speaking to key accounts, building relationships and helping deals across the line.
