We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CSW Social Worker to join our team in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry. The CSW Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and advocacy for individuals and families in need, as well as coordinating with community resources to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social work principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop individualized care plans
* Providing counseling and support services to individuals and families facing various challenges
* Collaborating with community organizations and government agencies to access resources and support for clients
* Advocating for clients' rights and needs within the healthcare and social services systems
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
* State licensure or certification as a Social Worker (CSW)
* Proven experience in social work or related field
* Strong understanding of social work principles and ethics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
* Knowledge of community resources and support services
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Commitment to advocating for the needs of vulnerable populations
