Role Responsibilities
* Support Early Years learners through their apprenticeship journey.
* Deliver engaging teaching and learning using digital tools and workplace learning.
* Coach and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications.
* Plan inspiring learning experiences tailored to individual need.
* Provide constructive feedback and support progression.
* Conduct regular learner reviews and progress meetings with employers.
* Ensure learners are confident and ready for End Point Assessment.
* Review and observe learners face to face in their workplace.
* Conduct necessary checks (e.g., DBS) to confirm suitability to work with children and vulnerable adults.
Throughout the programme, you will develop the skills to become an inspirational trainer, supporting learners from enrolment to completion.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for experienced Early Years professionals who want to transition into training. You might currently be a:
* Nursery Manager
* Deputy Manager
* Room Leader
* Senior Practitioner
* Early Years Trainer or Mentor
* Holder of Level 3 or ideally Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Possessing recent occupational competency and industry experience within a childcare setting, ideally at senior or supervisory level
