The Role
* Providing guidance across a variety of business-related tax issues
* Supporting transaction work such as reorganisations, business acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
* Assessing tax considerations linked to property-focused activity, including relevant indirect taxes and reliefs
* Offering advice on reward structures, incentive arrangements and share-based planning
* Highlighting potential tax exposures and recommending practical strategies to manage them
* Drafting and reviewing tax-related input within commercial documentation
* Working closely with colleagues across different departments to deliver cohesive client support
The Requirements
We welcome interest from candidates with experience gained in professional services, consultancy, or a similar advisory setting, who can demonstrate:
* Strong background in corporate tax and/or property-related tax matters
* A sound grasp of the core principles that shape tax planning and transactional work
* The ability to interpret rules and deliver advice that balances technical accuracy with commercial awareness
* Confidence communicating directly with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
* A relevant professional qualification (e.g., tax or accounting) is beneficial but not essential
