Your Purpose
The Systems Compliance Coordinator ensures the quality performance of Molson Coors and contract production through data analysis and compliance with QA AOP departmental budgets. Responsibilities include managing site compliance orders and audits, and investigating financial postings for errors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide detailed quality performance information on Molson Coors and contract production.
* Analyze data to ensure compliance with QA AOP budgets.
* Raise and receive orders related to site compliance activities and audits.
* Investigate financial postings to identify and correct errors.
* Maintain and govern the QMS document control system.
* Process the brewery supplier complaints database.
* Generate and compile packaging waste information for submission to the Environment Agency and respond to inquiries.
* Use internal audits to enhance quality and food safety capabilities, ensuring high standards of authenticity and food defense.
About You
We welcome applicants who may not meet all criteria but are eager to learn. Experience in reporting and audits, proficiency with Govern IT, familiarity with SAP/Proficy, and knowledge of BRG GS and FEMAS document control are preferred.
