Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor
This challenging and exciting opportunity requires a qualified Land Surveyor or Topographical Surveyor possessing at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. An attractive basic salary (permanent) plus bonus, fully expensed commercial vehicle, and full benefits package are on offer to the successful candidate. Local works/sites only, with no overnight travel required.
Due to the company's continued growth and a significant workload of contracts, our client seeks an experienced Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor responsible for leading and managing all surveying aspects of complex projects. The role includes supporting engineering, project, and site management teams.
The Role
* Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted on site.
* Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, lines, and terrain characteristics to produce accurate volumetric data.
* Prepare or oversee the preparation of data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
* Take measurements and survey data to determine positions and elevations.
* Process surveys and earthworks for ground modelling.
* Conduct surveys and as-builts using Total Station equipment.
* Support various sites, teams, and managers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Proficiency with industry-related software (e.g., AutoCAD 3D, BIM, or N4CE).
