SUPPORT WORKER – HOLLAND HOUSE, DENBIGH, LL16 3LG
We are looking for Support Workers to join our existing friendly team immediately!
* Full-time - 42 hours per week
* £12.00 - £12.76 per hour (dependent on experience)

As a Support Worker you will:
* Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes (training will be provided).
* Assist individuals to learn new skills.
* Understand medication procedures.
* Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Work as part of a dedicated, qualified, and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.
Holland House and Holland Villas
A residential service based in the historic town of Denbigh, Holland House and Holland Villas are an 11-bedded home that offers independent living for young adults aged 18+ with a primary Mental Health diagnosis (functional). The home offers intensive support using active support, person-centred planning (PCP), and positive behavioural support (PBS) methods.
