What You’ll Do (Your First 12 Months)
* Take ownership of warm client relationships from day one.
* Deliver on senior-level requirements, secure retained and project-based work.
* Build and manage a full 360-degree desk with autonomy and trust.
* Influence how we scale, bring your own ideas to shape our strategy, structure, and service offering.
* Become a core member of a growing US-focused team with clear progression opportunities.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in Finance or Technology recruitment.
* A strong track record running a successful 360 desk.
* A commercial mindset with the confidence to win, grow, and manage client relationships.
* A preference for an adult, outcome-driven culture.
* Confidence to operate autonomously with freedom and creative approach to problem solving.
