Sales Consultant – Magazine Advertising & Sponsorship (Part-Time)

We are seeking a confident, relationship-focused Sales Consultant to help grow advertising and sponsorship partnerships across our premium business magazine and high-profile events. With a fixed base plus commission, this is an opportunity to work with an established business community, build valuable connections, and be rewarded for every deal you secure.
Role Overview
Initially one day per week, this role focuses on generating advertising and sponsorship revenue for our INSIDE magazine, awards sponsorship, other events, general sponsorship and podcast features. As the portfolio grows, there is strong potential for the role to expand.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and approaching potential advertisers and sponsors
* Building relationships with business owners, brands, and partners
* Presenting advertising and sponsorship opportunities confidently
* Managing proposals, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity
* Supporting the growth of long-term strategic brand partnerships
Who We’re Looking For
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Experience in advertising, media, sponsorship, or B2B sales preferred
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Commercially aware and results-focused
* Passionate about supporting business growth and visibility
Package
* Part-time: 1 day per week (initially)
* Fixed base day rate
* Commission on all advertising and sponsorship sales with higher tiers for strong performance

Commission Terms
Commission is payable only on new advertising or sponsorship revenue personally secured by the consultant and is paid once full client payment has been received.
