We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Business Partner Assistant to join our Division of Human Resources. Working closely with the Assistant HR Director (Academic) and the HR Business Partner in the Department Science and Engineering, you will provide confidential administrative and clerical support that enhances the reputation and effectiveness of the HR function. This varied role involves managing complex queries, supporting project work, and coordinating meetings and communications across the College.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, customer-focused and able to work flexibly as part of a team. A broad understanding of employment legislation and University policies will be beneficial, as will experience in higher education.
