Our client is a well known independent firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Surveyors. With strong and encouraging levels of workflow, they are urgently recruiting for the below areas / patches.
Their model is based on private instructions, in the form of Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non lender work)
*Those who have recently qualified, or soon to qualify as AssocRICS via SAVA and other routes are encouraged to apply*

The Person and Role:
* MRICS or AssocRICS
* VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS)
* Expect to carry out a range of Homebuyer Reports (Level 2)and Building Surveys (Level 3)
* Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
* Expect a bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.
* High quality and low volume
* Great sense of work / life balance

*London basic salaries in the region of£55,000 / £65,000* (depending on experience) plus car allowance, pension / healthcareandbonus scheme.
*Basic salaries in the region of£50,000 / £58,000* (depending on experience) plus car allowance, pension / healthcareandbonus scheme, OTE in the region of £75,000 / £80,000
