Overview

To support the Accounts Receivable Team ensuring all invoices are raised correct first time, cash receipts are allocated within a timely manner and to act as the first point of escalation for all queries that cannot be resolved by the Accounts Receivable Team.


Responsibilities

* Raise client invoices and credit notes with D365
* Ensure all cash postings have been processed daily and all the necessary account reconciliations are up to date and complete
* Investigate all unidentified cash postings and ensure they are posted to the correct client account in a timely manner
* Complete all write offs ensuring that nessary DOAs have been adhered too
* Process all client refunds
* Reporting- Aged debt, cash flow forecasting, bad debt provision and GL reconciliations
* Query management to be completed via phone, email or face to face.
* Ensure cross functional support with Credit Control team when required
* To work collaboratively with all colleagues & Stakeholders
* Any other reasonable ad hoc duties required from time to time.
* Confident communicator- Written and verbal.

* Intermediate Excel (Pivot tables/look ups)

* Uploading Invoices on to portals
