Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and strengths.
* Develop and implement individualized service plans that promote the well‑being of children and families.
* Provide support and guidance to children and parents through counseling, education, and resources.
* Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate services.
* Advocate for children's rights and ensure their needs are met within the social welfare system.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed.
* Maintain accurate documentation of case files and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
* Valid state social work license or certification.
* Experience working with children and families in a social services setting.
* Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and mental health issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for case management and documentation.
