Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Firmware Engineer based in Stratford upon Avon, with the flexibility to work from home. The Firmware Engineer will be responsible for developing embedded software, debugging firmware issues, and working on firmware designs focused on ARM architectures. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the team in firmware development, software testing, and providing technical solutions to optimize performance and compliance with industry standards.
Preferable experience with Arm Cortex, Audio and Ethernet.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Embedded Software and Software Development practices
* Strong Debugging abilities to diagnose and resolve firmware-related issues
* Knowledge of ARM Architecture and its application in firmware design
* Experience in Electrical Engineering and understanding of hardware integration
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
