We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton, seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to support pupils across Nursery and Reception.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting young learners during this crucial stage of development. The role will involve:
Supporting small groups of children with their learning and development
Providing one-to-one support where required
Assisting the class teacher with engaging Early Years activities
Helping to create a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environmentExperience supporting children with Autism would be a strong advantage.
Requirements
A relevant Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working with young children (nursery or school setting)
Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week
A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Why Join?
