Based in a stunning location and working alongside a large team of chef’s, the Sous Chef will be working with locally sourced produce. Supporting all their restaurants including their 2 AA Rosette dining room.

What we’re looking for in the perfect Sous Chef
13. Have experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready for the next step.
14. Have passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menu development.
15. Have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
16. Have excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
17. Be proactive, positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
18. Have a solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
