Paddock JIN School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and committed SENDCO who will enhance the current leadership team and deliver high-quality teaching and learning opportunities to ensure that all children make rapid and sustained progress.
Paddock JIN School is a two-form entry school at the heart of the community. We recognise that a pupil's happiness and well-being are the foundation for their success and is essential to secure high standards and outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is:
1. An enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will bring energy and passion to the role.
2. An experienced classroom practitioner with extensive experience of raising standards in teaching and learning for children with SEND
3. Able to provide consistently good teaching and learning practice.
4. Passionate, resilient, inclusive and used to working in a fast-paced environment!
The successful candidate will have:
5. A recognised qualification in SEND
6. Extensive experience in supporting some of the most vulnerable children in a primary school setting
7. A passion, drive and determination to support ALL children to flourish.
8. A strong commitment to achieving success through partnership and teamwork.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Drive, ambition, and high expectations.
11. Flexibility, resilience, and commitment to the children at Paddock JIN School.
12. A well-developed understanding of teaching pedagogy and practice, particularly for those children with SEND
