Working closely with teachers and tutors, you’ll help create a positive, engaging classroom environment where every pupil feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities Support teachers and tutors in delivering engaging, individualised learning experiences Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their goals Promote pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development through encouragement and positive relationships Help create and maintain inspiring classroom environments and resources Uphold school policies and safeguarding practices to ensure every child feels safe, respected, and supported What You’ll Need Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
