Value Business Development Manager
Join us as a Value Business Development Manager at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, on our Sales Team in UKI to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
What you’ll achieve
As a Value Business Development Manager you will work with the regional sales leaders to understand customer needs and help them to develop their business cases in line with Dedalus portfolio.
You will be using customer data and validating the data to build return on investments model support by our clinical team.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
1. Focus on promoting and selling Dedalus portfolio to ensure sales target are met
2. Manage complex sales project from initial engagement and scoping, stakeholders mapping and insight, through the opportunity
3. Develop winning bid strategies through excellent knowledge of the products, clients and market requirements
4. Conduct strategic planning sessions to ensure clear and consistent direction across all customer engagement and bid activities; facilitates discussion and provides structure and input into results.
5. Together with the Regional Sales Manager, to engage with NHS and Private Sector customers to identify and pursue business opportunities

Essential Requirements
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a clinical field
7. Solid communication skills and interpersonal skills
8. Clinical understanding of hospital wide challenges e.g. ED, RTT’s.. Community Health Pathways
9. Ability to competently plan and organise in order to achieve short and longer-term objectives
10. Solid experience as Business Development Manager in a clinical field.
11. Solid knowledge of NHS
