Primary Teaching Assistant - Supply Basis

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities in a variety of schools? Randstad Education is seeking passionate individuals to join our network of partner schools in East Grinstead and Crawley.
Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.
* Provide individual and small group support to students who need additional help.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
* Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
* Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
* A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
