* Collaborate with dealerships and the Aftersales teams in the workshops to receive calls from customers and assist them with their Aftersales needs
* Liaise with workshops to book vehicles in for general servicing, MOT, and repair work; provide customers with updates on repair timescales; and obtain approval for any costed work
* Work alongside the service department to deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring an enjoyable customer experience
* Perform general call centre duties, including data entry, after-call work, teamwork, and other related tasks
* Previous customer service experience in a contact centre is preferred, but we will consider candidates with stable work experience in other roles
* Strong communication skills and the ability to present oneself professionally
