Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all users
2. Monitor the condition of the car park through regular patrols
3. Compile end-of-day and monthly car park revenue and audit reports
4. Ensure compliance with all car park health and safety requirements
5. Ensure all parking equipment is fully functional and operational
6. Process various categories of parking tickets using the parking system
7. Maintain a clean, tidy, and litter-free car park environment
8. Support staff training, development, and performance monitoring
